Many people drink water often to be healthy. There are many waters that are good, such as deep ocean water from the clean deep sea, hot spring water and glacial water in the Alps. Drinking lots of water helps prevent chronic diseases and treats all kinds of diseases. Should I believe?



1. The function of water
Other than urolithiasis, there is a claim that drinking water can prevent cancer, cardiovascular disease, digestive problems, and allergic diseases because there is no disease that can be treated with water. Experts say, "This is an exaggerated claim, and water doesn't prevent disease." Except for urolithiasis, no water has a direct preventive or therapeutic effect. However, if you drink enough water to maintain the amount of moisture in the human body cells will increase cell resistance. This suppresses the invasion of various bacteria and viruses, and facilitates the discharge of harmful substances in the body.

Helping metabolism is the key function of water
